Hello and welcome to Sunburst Nutrition! I want to share with you a little bit about myself and my background. I am passionate about food & nutrition, specializing in creating a plant-based way of eating & lifestyle (which doesn’t have to exclude meat!) As I got older, I realized I was frequently fatigued & experiencing low energy, and I needed to do something to feel better — I wanted more energy, vitality, and to add things in my life I felt passionate about. I focused on my nutrition and nutrient-dense foods, and I felt a mental & physical shift in myself & began feeling great! This inspired me so much that I went back to school to study nutrition, graduating with an Associate in Science degree, and then subsequently earned my credential, passing the exam with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (please read below for my professional bio). I discovered how I absolutely love working together with clients on nutrition education for disease prevention and overall health, and so I created my company Sunburst Nutrition. I live in Southern California, and I love all the different cultures & food. I enjoy incorporating all the spices and flavors into different healthy recipes. I am excited to get to know YOU and help you achieve your most vital and energetic self!
